Hybrid Planner MCP Privacy Policy

This policy is for the separate hosted Train Athlete Hybrid Planner MCP service, not the Android or iOS apps or the older skills-only plugin. What the service receives and why

When a host such as ChatGPT calls a planning tool, its HTTPS request sends the tool arguments you or the host choose: training goal, experience, training days and time, equipment, emphasis, language, units and plan length; a template selection; or a supplied weekly schedule with days, activity types, intensity and duration. The Worker uses these to return a plan, templates or a balance review. Inputs are strictly validated and capped at 32 KiB per request. Do not enter diagnoses, health records, account credentials or other sensitive details. The service is free and has no Train Athlete account or payment flow.

Hosting, logs and recipients

A Cloudflare Worker handles the request in memory. The application does not query mobile accounts, Health Connect or workout history, and does not keep a database of inputs, plans or responses. Its own operational log messages contain only the HTTP method, response status and coarse duration, without the request body, result or IP address. Persisted Workers Logs and Workers Traces are disabled in the launch configuration. Cloudflare still processes network identifiers and request metadata to deliver, secure and rate-limit the service. Disabling Workers Logs and Traces does not disable Cloudflare's separate network/security processing or records. The host platform separately processes your conversation and tool data under its own policy and controls; Train Athlete does not receive the full conversation as a tool argument by design.

Retention, deletion and choices

The Worker code does not persist your plan or tool arguments after answering, so there is no Train Athlete plan history or plan-deletion button. Operational and platform records, if any, are subject to their applicable provider arrangements; we do not promise that all Cloudflare metadata is immediately erased or that all processing stays in the UK. Cloudflare describes its processing in its Privacy Policy and Customer Data Processing Addendum. Ask Train Athlete Support about information we may hold; use your host's controls for conversation data it keeps. You may choose not to send a planning request. If you contact support, the correspondence you choose to provide is separate from the transient planning request and is used to handle your enquiry.
